This Code of Conduct applies to all barristers whenever called to the Bar
and whether or not they are practising.
It also applies to those registering under Article 3 of the Lawyer's Establishment Directive 98/5/EC in the same way as it applies to practising barristers notwithstanding that such persons are not called to the Bar.
Amendments and additions to the Code may be made from time to time by the Bar Council or the Bar in General Meeting
